ACT 1 — TORN FROM FAMILY (0:00 – 10:00)
Flashback: Talia Reyes’ life before the Rift.
- Former EMT. Brilliant. Empathetic. Devoted wife and mother.
- Suffers a traumatic crash while transporting a patient. Talia survives. The patient doesn’t. Her daughter is left with long-term injuries.
- Guilt consumes her. Her family doesn’t understand. She isolates herself, believing she causes more pain by being around.
- Before the Rift: working late at the warehouse, staring at her trembling hands. Her trauma boils over. The Rift hits. Her pain manifests into something explosive.
- Blast is born.
ACT 2 — ADVOCACY & WARNING SIGNS (10:00 – 20:00)
Downtown Serenvale.
- Kairo, Solace, and Schema stroll the streets. They see a man passionately shouting on a corner: “Support trauma victims!”
- He introduces himself as Dante Reyes. Explains his sister Talia hasn’t spoken to him in months, but he’s advocating in hopes she’ll see he still cares.
- Kairo, moved, asks: “Do you know where she is?”
- Dante: “No. Not since the Rift. But I’ll never stop trying.”
CRC — later that day
- A crowd floods the lobby. Screaming. Trembling. Fainting.
- Dr. Ezra and Rose try to calm the chaos.
- Dante believes it’s because of his advocacy.
- Kairo gently corrects him: “No… this isn’t normal trauma.”
- Schema analyzes CRC scans: “There’s a energy convergence… centered around one former workplace.”
- Dante: “That’s her! Talia worked there. It broke her.”
ACT 3 — THE HAUNTED SECTOR (20:00 – 35:00)
Kairo, Schema, Rose, and Dante visit the warehouse.
- The manager says strange events only happen in Sector D: screams, panic attacks, unexplained injuries.
- Rose: “These aren’t accidents. They’re energy echoes.”
In Sector D:
- Rose suddenly collapses, screaming: “GET OUT! LEAVE ME!”
- Dante begins attacking Kairo: “This is YOUR fault!”
- Kairo: “What is going on?!”
A fiery figure descends from above: “Who disturbs my lair?”
- It’s Blast. She flickers with trauma-fueled energy.
- Kairo and Schema demand she release their friends.
- Blast: “You brought my brother into MY pain? Then suffer with me.”
FIGHT SEQUENCE 1 — Kairo & Schema vs. Blast
- Kairo’s stillness vs. her chaos.
- Schema attempts containment fields but they shatter.
- The two synchronize—logic + breath—and momentarily knock her back.
Blast rises again. “You won’t take him from me.”
ACT 4 — BROTHER’S PLEA (35:00 – 50:00)
Rose and Dante regain control.
- Dante stares: “Talia?”
- Blast freezes. Her flame flickers.
- She attacks—but Kairo saves Dante just in time.
Dante steps forward.
- “You’re my sister. I won’t run. I won’t fight you. I just want you to come home.”
- Blast prepares a final strike.
- Dante: “If saving you costs me my life, it’s worth it.”
Schema and Kairo hesitate.
- Dante: “No. Stop. She needs someone who knows her, not more attacks.”
Dante’s plea hits her. Blast falters.
- “I can’t go home. I see their faces. Hear their screams.”
- “You could come with me.”
Dante, crying: “I love you. But I won’t hurt others to protect you.”
Blast lets out a scream of anguish—sending an explosive shockwave.
- Everyone is thrown back. Blast disappears in a glowing pulse.
ACT 5 — FADING LIGHT (50:00 – 58:00)
Back at CRC.
- Vital Five awaken in med bays.
- Dr. Ezra: “The warehouse manager found you unconscious.”
- Dante bolts upright: “TALIA!”
- Kairo stops him: “She’s not gone. But she’s not herself. We’ll find her again.”
Dante: “Next time, I’ll be ready. For her.”
EPILOGUE (58:00 – 60:00)
Dark Rift chamber. Blast kneels before a growing council.
- “They tried to steal my brother. I want revenge.”
Oblivion emerges from the shadows: “Then you shall have it.”
Around her, villains materialize one by one:
- The Hollow
- Anxietron
- Cyclone
- EchoMind
- The Repeater
- Scatter
- Fracta
They stand in a circle, smiling.
Oblivion: “The time has come. To break the cure.”
